Office Space Theme Header Design.Step 1:
Let’s start out by creating a new file. I used a 1000×260 pixels canvas set at 72dpi, and I filled my background with #838383 color shade. Now create a new layer then draw a large rounded rectangle with #050505 color shade and 781 x 105 px dimensions.Step 2:
Under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add an Outer Glow, Inner Glow, Gradient Overlay, Pattern Overlay and Stroke blending options to your large rounded rectangle layer.Result:
Step 3:
Duplicate your wooden rounded rectangle design and merge it with a blank layer so the layer styles designs become permanent. Then resize the copy by a couple of pixels and rotate through it Edit > Transform. Now place the layer behind the first wooden rounded rectangle design.Step 4:
On your layers window create a new layer set behind the large rounded rectangle layer from step 1, name it ‘Drawer’. Then in a new layer draw a brown rectangle with #996B37 color shade and 186 x 67 px dimensions.Step 5:
Under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add an Inner Shadow, Satin, Gradient Overlay and Pattern Overlay blending options to your brown rectangle layer.Result:

In a new layer draw a thin brown rectangle with #C46B22 color shade and 194 x 9 px dimensions.Step 7:
Under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add an Inner Shadow and Pattern Overlay blending options to your thin brown rectangle layer.Result:
Step 8:
In a new layer draw a very thin white rectangle outside the drawer designs, this will be the handle.Step 9:
Merge down the ‘Drawer’ layer set through Layer > Merge Layer Set then re size the drawer layer by a couple of pixels. Now under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add a Drop Shadow blending option.Result:
